Job Description

Shift: Night Shift

This position reports to the Premium Audit Operations Manager, and performs and coordinates the processing of low to moderate complexity premium audits with assistance from the Operations Manager.  Produces the audit statement of earned premium based on completed field audits received from staff premium auditors and vendors.  Transacts premium audit processing steps including review, entry, processing, invoicing and billing.

Also collaborates with external audit vendors, staff auditors and both regional and corporate team resources to ensure that all service level commitments are met.

  • Perform quality review of multi-state Workers Compensation, General Liability & Auto audits. Review audits completed by vendors and staff auditors to ensure audits conform to unique captive specifications.
  • Pull and analyze WC experience modifications using NCCI & Independent Bureau state websites.
  • Calculate audit premium plus manual calculation of Auto and General Liability surcharges.
  • Data entry and quality check of multiple systems.

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry
