We are seeking a strategic, results-oriented Sales Director to lead and grow a high-performing sales team across the Brewing & Distilling Solutions Group. This individual will be a critical force behind revenue growth, market expansion, and team development—pushing innovation and execution across multiple beverage verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust sales strategies to drive growth across new markets, product lines, and geographies.
• Leverage CRM tools, analytics, and KPIs to guide decisions and boost team performance.
• Hire, mentor, and manage a top-tier sales team with a focus on individualized development and coaching.
• Instill a culture of accountability, achievement, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—marketing, product, leadership—to align go-to-market strategies.
• Lead trainings on sales tactics, soft skills, product knowledge, and CRM best practices.
• Engage directly in strategic accounts and major deals, acting as a key stakeholder.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to fuel product development and positioning.
• Contribute to messaging, marketing strategies, and e-commerce initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in B2B technical or industrial equipment sectors.
• Industry experience in sanitary equipment, packaging, brewing/distilling, or beverage dispensing is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and scale operations.
• Deep understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite) and data-driven sales management.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Agile, strategic thinker with a passion for execution and innovation.
• Exceptional communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
