Job Description

The Role in Brief:

  • Your daily duties include auditing the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, sometimes without prior notice. Your focus areas will include labor rights, health and safety, environmental security, and other aspects according to applicable international standards or specific client procedures.
  • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Able to work with interpreters for verification, interviews, and data analysis.
  • Submit reports in a timely manner and with the required quality.
  • Remain alert to any violations, exercise vigilance when interacting with factory management, and meticulously document all findings in detailed reports to be delivered to the client.
  • Approach your role with the utmost integrity, as your conduct during an audit can have lasting consequences for the supplier, factory staff, and our clients.
  • Other tasks arranged by the management team

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • A higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or a related major 
  • APSCA CSCA level
  • Strong knowledge of social audit framework and criteria
  • Work experience in 3rd party auditing
  • Poses qualification of various social compliance audit schemes such as SLCP, BSCI, WRAP ESCP etc.
  • Have good command of written English
