Job Description
  • Cultivate and maintain effective relationships with key accounts to boost customer satisfaction and retention by strategically planning and conducting nationwide customer visits
  • Provide personalized service through in-person meetings, account reviews, reporting, product forums, and tailored activities
  • Develop and implement business strategies that align with both company and client interests, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements
  • Oversee and negotiate annual contracts
  • Design, execute, and refine customer experience strategies aimed at achieving revenue growth, client acquisition, and improved customer satisfaction

Qualifications
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a requirement to travel nationwide 75-80% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years’ experience in Account Management
  • Strong negotiation skills with senior-level executives, including Managing Directors and CEOs of small to large corporations
  • Proven experience in representing an organization with robust presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Good English Communication skills (TOEIC Score at least 600 or equivalent)
  • Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator, strong in organization and creating teamwork, good facilitator, consensus builder, and able to manage conflict

Additional Information

The Account Manager will manage and nurture relationships with key customers, including both multinational and local companies, with a requirement to travel nationwide 75-80% of the time. The role demands a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and challenges to ensure long-term partnerships.

 

The successful candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills with strategic clients and could recognize and respond to their business needs with our products, services, and solutions.
