Job Description

Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Is an established professional, working independently.
  • Is responsible for the preparation of standardized reports based on raw data from different countries, in accordance with the process and guidelines.
  •  Reviews and analyses actual/forecasts against targeted performances and prepares gap analyses.
  • Monitors risks and trends.
  • Prepares operating budgets based on previous budget figures, estimated revenue / workforce.
  • Produces reports for regional and corporate management as requested.
  • Steers, analyzes and monitors the numerical HR KPIs
  • Supports month-end closing activities related to HR KPIs, especially on IWC, EWC and FTE actuals
  • Analyzes the deviation between actuals/forecast/target
  • Works closely together with HR International Business Partners and local VPs HR/HR BPs
  • Organizes data to standard reports
  • Is able to cope with complex tasks and communicates on a senior VP level.
  • Drives and supports top management discussions on workforce related KPIs.
  • Is senior professional conducting complex analyses independently, providing a basis for planning and evaluation, and possibility for operating control.
  • Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends and dependencies in financial and general business conditions using pre-defined parameters, including advance forecasting of key KPIs.
  • Contributes to the discussion regarding the development of new systems and procedures necessary for the development of the field.
  • Coaches more junior members of the team.
  • Sets key indicators, measurement tools and methods for new reports and creates standard processes.
  • Steering of HR share in business, financial planning and forecast process (within the dimension of TWM)
  • Average Headcount cost analysis.
  • Analyzes foreign exchange (FX) impact on internal workforce cost, especially to non-EURO countries.
  • Together with HR Int’l Business Partners, steer the planning process on FTE and workforce cost.
  • Makes proposals on enhancing used standard reports
  • Analyses and present HR KPIs on SVP level
  • Runs regular reviews with the countries and with the region
  • Provides guidelines to countries to support bottom-up planning and reviews.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR analytics, controlling, or financial planning

  • Proven experience with preparation and analysis of HR KPIs (e.g. IWC, EWC, FTE)

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP, Tableau) is a strong advantage

  • Ability to independently perform complex analyses and translate data into actionable insights for senior management

  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with HR Business Partners

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership (SVP level)

  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach

  • Experience coaching or mentoring junior colleagues is a plus

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2000 € /brutto.
