Santenは現在、社外向けコミュニケーションのスペシャリストを募集しています。

Santenの社外向けコミュニケーション戦略の実行を担当し、グローバル企業としてのコーポレートレピュテーションの維持と向上、また企業価値を高める活動に取り組んでいただきます。

国内のメディアおよびグローバルメディアを対象に、戦略的なメディアリレーションの強化に注力しながら、その他の社外向けコーポレートブランド活動にも携わっていただきます。

Santen is seeking a Specialist, External Communications.

The role is responsible for the execution of the company’s external communication strategy to protect and enhance corporate brand reputation globally and increase corporate value.

The role will focus on strengthening strategic media relations targeting both Japanese and global media and engaging in other corporate external communications activities.

• 社外コミュニケーション戦略に沿って、メディアリレーションおよびパブリックリレーション活動を計画し、実行する。
• コミュニケーション関連資料（例えば、プレスリリース、Q&Aなど）を作成・校正・配信する。
• ウェブサイトやソーシャルメディアを含め、Santenのコミュニケーションチャネルを活用して、企業社関連のニュースを配信する。
• PR代理店と密に連携し、戦略的メディアリレーション / メディア露出計画を策定し、実行する。
• 他の部門・部署と協力し、社外向けメッセージの一貫性を担保し、社内ステークホルダーと共にコミュニケーション活動の調整を図る。
• 部門のサポートとして、日々の管理業務を行う。

• Support the Manager, External Communications in the development and execution of external communications strategies and plans for the purpose of promoting key stakeholder understanding of and engagement with Santen
• Plan and execute media relations and public relations activities aligned to the external communications strategy
• Prepare, create and deliver communications materials (press releases, Q&As, etc.)
• Utilize company communication channels, including website and social media, to distribute company-related news
• Work closely with Santen’s PR agency to plan and execute strategic media relations/external exposure
• Work in partnership with other functions and departments to ensure consistency in external messages and align communication activities with internal stakeholders
• Conduct day-to-day administrative operations in support of the department

教育/資格/言語：

• ビジネス、コミュニケーション、ジャーナリズム、または関連分野の学士号を有すること
•  日本語（ネイティブ）、英語（読み書き・会話においてビジネスレベル）

経歴：

• 製薬・ヘルスケア業界の多国籍企業、または同分野のPR代理店にて、コミュニケーションまたはパブリックリレーション職で5年以上の実務経験
• 製薬業界での勤務、規制やガイドラインに関する知識および経験
• プレスリリース、決算発表、記者会見・広報イベント、メディアタイアップなどの取り扱いを含めたメディアリレーションの経験
• リスク管理コミュニケーションおよびクライシスコミュニケーションの経験
• デジタルおよびソーシャルメディアコミュニケーションの経験を

スキル・能力

• プレスリリースや企業情報などの作成のため、特に製薬業界の企業コミュニケーションに適する優れた日本語と英語の文書作成能力
• ストーリーテラー、コンテンツクリエーターとして、Santenのコミュニケーション戦略に沿って説得力のあるナラティブを作成・編集し、企業メッセージを外部のオーディエンスに効果的に伝達できる能力
• 複雑な環境で物事をとりまとめ、優先順位を判断して実行するなど、慎重かつ自発的に行動できること。細部に配慮し、複雑なプロジェクトを期限に間に合うように完了できること。
• 文化横断的な環境において、多様な社内ステークホルダーと協力しながら、グローバルプロジェクトをマネジメントする能力

  Education/certification/language:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, journalism or related field
• Japanese native and English fluency (written and verbal

• Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in communications or public relations in a multi-national company in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry or at a PR agency in the same field 
• Knowledge of and experience with pharmaceutical affairs, regulations and guidelines
• Experience in media relations, including the handling of press releases, financial results, press conferences and events, media tie-ups, etc. 
• Experience in risk management communications and crisis communications
• Experience in digital and social media communications

• Skills & Competencies:

• Strong Japanese and good English writing skills for press releases and company information, with specific relevance to corporate communications in the pharmaceutical industry
• Skilled storyteller and content creator able to craft and edit compelling narratives, aligned to the corporate communication strategy, that effectively communicate corporate messages to external audiences
• Meticulous self-starter able to organize, prioritize and execute in a complex environment and whose attention to detail ensures complex projects are completed in a timely manner
• Capacity to manage global projects in a cross-cultural environment while working with diverse internal stakeholders
• Creative problem-solver able to address organizational issues and challenges through new ideas and proposals
• Team worker who draws satisfaction from working behind the scenes to drive achievement of function and organization goals
