The IT, Support & Maintenance team is our newest department. We are looking for people who are motivated and ready to bring out the best in themselves. As the Support & Maintenance team leader said, we are seeking bright-eyed people.

The team has four main directions regarding the technologies and services they offer.

Support: Provide all the support behind the solutions delivered by Hiflylabs.
Maintenance: Ensure support outside the services offered by Hiflylabs.
IT consultancy: Client support, consulting activities, process optimization, monitoring and operation development.
IT: Internal environment, servers, users, and network support.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage Databricks system configurations (including job scheduling, secrets and cluster policies)
Ensure the right performance of the Databricks platform
Ensure the customer satisfaction by coordinating the resources of the Databricks Platform DevOps Engineer
Improve the Databricks platform (integration, new features, additional services)
Discuss the ideal and optimal usage of the Databricks platform with customers
Provide L2 support and consult with L3 support if necessary
Manage Azure storage and network configuration
Give advanced troubleshooting assistance and technical support
