Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support two founding partners of a growing property investment and development firm. With a head office based in London and expanding, the business is fast-paced and constantly on the move — and we need someone who can keep up. This fully remote opportunity working 25 - 30 hours per week as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for an intuitive professional who takes ownership of their work, listens carefully, and thrives in a multitasking environment.

You’ll be the right hand to two busy founders, managing a range of tasks from diary and email management to organising personal appointments and coordinating small events. You’ll also handle quotes, supply orders, and provide day-to-day operational support.

  • Managing complex calendars and travel schedules

  • Handling email correspondence and flagging priorities

  • Booking personal and business appointments

  • Coordinating logistics for small team events and meetings

  • Liaising with suppliers and sourcing quotes

  • Supporting business operations with admin and task follow-ups

  • Acting as a professional liaison with clients and a friendly face to the internal team




Requirements
Relevant qualification
A seasoned and experienced assistant with at least 5 years solid experience supporting executive office
Proactive, adaptable, and reliable approach
Tech-savvy with strong organisational skills
Excellent communicator who can switch from formal to casual as needed
Someone who works independently, owns their tasks, and takes pride in the details
A multitasker who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
Must have a fully equipped home office and stable internet connection
Tech-savvy with strong organisational skills
Proficient in Canva for light design tasks and presentations
Comfortable using Monday.com (or similar project management tools)
Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based collaboration tools
Confident navigating scheduling tools, file sharing systems, and remote work software
