This position requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment, including, strong troubleshooting and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism when working with customers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for escalations and ensure timely, accurate solution of technical problems
  • Monitor system performance, conduct root cause analyses and implement long term fixes
  • Work independently to research issues and uncover solutions
  • Consult and interface with customers to manage, address and troubleshoot any LMS or HRIS concerns, issues or escalations independently
  • Focus on providing an exceptional customer experience and increasing time-to-value for our customers.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot problems, working cross-functionally with product, engineering and sales teams.  
  • Collaborate with product delivery team 
  • Partner cross functionally with Engineering to deploy new eLearning and LMS technologies 
  • Manage stakeholder feedback and communications
  • Contribute to and execute on product roadmap


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in JavaScript 
  • Proven track record in technical troubleshooting, particularly in SaaS or enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with popular HRIS systems, preferred 
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferred
  • Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent decisions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Familiarity with AICC protocols, preferred
  • Familiarity with SCORM protocols, preferred
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, a plus.
