Position Summary:
The Master Scheduler/Vaccine (R&D) is a project management professional with proven integrated scheduling experience in the pharmaceutical development space. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and evaluating complex resource and cost-loaded program schedules and associated artifacts.
The ideal candidate has direct experience collaborating with program leaders, functional leaders, Finance, and funding partners to build, manage, and analyze Microsoft Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for pharmaceutical development programs. A deep understanding of integrated planning for multi-year development programs is essential for success in this role.

Using benchmarking and salary survey data, the starting hourly salary for this position ranges from $77,000 - $140,000. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, certifications/degree. As a grant-funded organization, Sabin actively seeks funding for existing and new programs.
