Job Description

For one of our clients we are looking for a Business Analyst for a project in the medical industry.

Qualifications
  • Experience as an IT Analyst, minimum of 3 years.
  • Experience in sourcing business requirements for IT projects, modeling the business environment and processes, and producing a metrics and dimensions data model for large data sets.
  • Experience leading workshops and project meetings.
  • Experience creating documentation in BI projects (data repositories, mappings, reports).
  • Experience using SQL for large data sets, minimum 1 set of 1million records.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes.
  • Experience working in agile and/or waterfall teams.
  • Experience creating logical and physical models using Enterprise Architect tool.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, Oracle, mySQL) to the extent that they can process data freely.
  • Experience in SQL and Python programming.
  • Polish and English at a minimum B2 level.
  • Good organization of own work, goal-orientation and Interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, openness to continuous development and willingness to learn.

 

Nice to have:

  • Project experience in the Healthcare domain.
  • Project experience in the Data Warehouse domain.
  • Certification in the agile project management domain (e.g. Agile PM or equivalent).
  • Certification in SQL (e.g. W3Schools SQL Certificate or equivalent).
  • Certification in Python (e.g. PCAP Certified Associate Python Programmer or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of HL7 data exchange standards.
  • Knowledge of health dictionaries and registries e.g. ICD9, ICD10, OID, PESEL.
