Description du poste
  • Provide expert guidance and support for our SNOW Platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the need and translate into technical specification.
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow Platform, especially ITOM, to meet specific business needs, ensuring a seamless integration with existing or new processes.
  • Develop automated workflows and scripts to enhance operational efficiency, reduce manual efforts, automate key processes > focus discovery.
  • Ensure compliance with ITIL, ITOM, ITSM and CMDB
  • Provide training and guidance to team members, enhancing their understanding of SNOW CMDB architecture and mapping.
  • Proactively identify and recommend improvements to Servicenow processes and procedures, enhancing system functionality, user experience and quality
  • Be up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates and best practices, and apply this knowledge effectively in our environment
  • Analyze issues and suggests solutions.

Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow CMDB
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, development, and best practice on ITOM
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM Discovery, CMDB, ServiceMapping
  • Good experience with Windows/Linux, SQL and Database technologies
  • CIS Discovery, CIS Service Mapping, and CMDB Certification required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You have already work in an Infrastructure Services context.
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and solve problems.
  • Team spirit, collaboration and communication.
  • Fluent English, spoken and written.
  • Strong Motivation
