We are looking for Customer Service L2 representatives with excellent communication and English language skills to provide exceptional customer service support to our clients. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support. The position requires working day shifts for females till 9 pm and rotational shifts for males.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Managing and updating customer information in the database
Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily
Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments or higher management as needed
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Requirements:
Graduate from any field
Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO or customer support
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
Additional Information:
Day shifts for females till 9 pm and rotational shifts for males
One-time relocation bonus of INR 4000 for candidates relocating to Bengaluru who are eligible only if they are outside of a 100km radius from Bengaluru. The bonus will be paid after training as a one-time payment.
Cab with home pick and drop available within Bengaluru within a 35km radius from the office.
