Job description

JOB TITLE: Performance Marketing Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The performance marketing associate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and
achieving monthly revenue targets for our own website Plixlife.com through end-to-end
management of digital marketing activities, optimization of performance & costs/CAC etc. on a day
to day basis.
KEY AREAS

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Revenue growth - Customer acquisition & digital sales funnel management
  • Develop & execute detailed monthly plans with right mix across digital platforms (Google, FB, Insta, YT etc.) for achieving the sales targets with optimal CAC & ensuring profit targets are met
  • Own performance KPIs including P&L for sales from our own website
  • Campaign Management
  • Plan & implement campaigns and create optimal digital media mix in line with targets
  • Implement brand strategy & integrated communication to build saliency and consideration
  • Daily campaign management across all the digital acquisition and remarketing platforms
  • Continuously monitor & optimize performance to ensure sales growth in line with forecast, conversion funnel efficiency and cost/CAC optimization
  • Implement a test & scale approach to constantly test ad formats, creatives, platforms etc. to get best results
  • Promotions
  • Design & execute effective promotions strategy to push sales numbers as well as uplift visibility, mind metrics Budget & ROI management
  • Optimize continuously to ensure high ROI and minimize CAC
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Leverage web analytics to derive actionable insights
  • Detailed analysis of sales trends, funnel, conversions & all key metrics and sharing relevant insights & recommendations
  • Monitor performance & optimize/course correct

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Skills
  • Core digital marketing skills & hands-on experience across all key platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, DV360, GDN, Youtube etc.
  • Deep understanding and experience of remarketing platforms (Google, FB, Criteo, Adroll etc.)
  • Strong experience in web analytics tools and techniques (E.g. Google Analytics, Adobe omniture, Shopify analytics, etc.)
  • Proficient in quantitative analysis & insighting
  • Data/numbers oriented
  • Good at advanced excel/other data analysis tools

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Hands on experience with FB Ads Manager and Google ADs.
  • 1-2 years of experience of which majority should be in a D2C ecommerce set up leading the performance marketing function
  • Graduate
  • Experience in handling large monthly budgets (6Cr+ monthly)
  • Good verbal/written communication skills in English
