Job description
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to be a part of an expanding team of engineers,
computational biologists and bioinformatics scientists as we build the next-generation molecular imaging
platforms for research, pharmaceutical development and clinical science. In this role, you will develop and
integrate workflows related to spatial transcriptomics and other omics technologies. As new applications
and assays are built by the company, you will work with the team and establish best practices for
workflow optimization and pipeline creation. You will also help to integrate information from relevant
bioinformatics databases to improve the richness of our downstream analysis. Your scripting and analytic
skills will be invaluable for interpreting these high dimensional datasets and building the company’s
integrative frameworks.
