Fashion TV India's Real Estate Division is seeking a dedicated and experienced Training and Quality Specialist to join our team. The Training and Quality Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs and maintaining exceptional service standards within our real estate operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in training, quality assurance, and process improvement. They will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training modules, conducting assessments, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.


Job Description:-

Position: Training and Quality Specialist(Head & Senior Trainer)
Company: Fashion TV India (Real Estate Division)

Location: Santacruz Mumbai

Responsibilities: Training, Developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for real estate sales and customer service teams, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer interaction, and brand standards. Design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. Conduct training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments, ensuring active engagement and knowledge retention among participants. Collaborate with subject matter experts to update training content and materials to align with industry trends, market conditions, and organizational goals. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and feedback surveys, making necessary improvements to enhance learning outcomes. Monitor and track the progress of trainees, providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure skill development and performance improvement.

Quality Assurance: Establish and implement quality standards, processes, and guidelines for real estate operations to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery. Conduct regular quality assessments, including call monitoring, documentation review, and customer feedback analysis, to identify areas for improvement. Provide actionable feedback and coaching to team members based on quality assessment findings, fostering continuous improvement and performance enhancement. Develop and maintain quality assurance reports and metrics to measure performance, identify trends, and report findings to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, ensuring adherence to best practices and standard operating procedures. Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and customer expectations to ensure quality practices are in line with the latest requirements.

Requirements: degree in a relevant field. Proven work experience in training and quality assurance, preferably within the real estate or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, customer service standards, and industry best practices. Experience designing and delivering effective training programs, including e-learning modules and blended learning approaches. Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate trainees. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends, evaluate performance data, and provide actionable insights. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems, and quality monitoring tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
