Developing recruitment plans with organizations and executing them efficiently
Drafting and posting job descriptions
Interviewing candidates effectively
Networking with various institutions and social media
Working with various stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
Qualifications and Requirements
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources (Not Mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook
Excellent record keeping abilities
Familiarity with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
