WE ARE LOOKING FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE FROM GYMS, FITNESS & WELLNESS, HEALTH & BEAUTY, FITNESS SCHOOL, FASHION SCHOOLS, FASHION INSTITUTES, SCHOOL OF MODELLING & FASHION DESIGNING.
Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for Franchise Sales – B2B Franchise sales.
2) Responsible to develop the business vertical online & Offline.
3) Exploring Investors and Vendors.
4) Expanding the right team.
5) Driving Channel Partners across the India.
6) Responsible to generate leads with the help of lead generation team.
7) Hiring HRs and Operation Team.
8) Closely working with the Managing Director with regards to Sales, Operations and Franchise development.
9) Open Outlets Pan India be the brand ambassador for all brands represented.
10) Should be able to Travel Pan India only if required.
11) Should be able to find or suggest Property, Legal View, Hiring, training & Marketing plans also make sure of Successful Launch.
12) Design Standard Operating procedures for the F-Brewery & Create service guidelines
13) Accountable for stock and product orders every month for all F-Brewery Pan India.
14) Co-ordination with vendors and pricing negotiation & Constant review of client service standard.
15) On-time completion of new projects, liaison with owners.
Requirements:
1) Good knowledge of Client Acquisition and Negotiation Skills.
2) Fair awareness about the city & Understanding of Franchisee Business Sales & Operations.
3) Experience with 10+ years of proven accomplishment within Franchise Sales / Business.
4) Must be able to speak passionately and knowledgeably about the brand(s) and business Must display discipline and a competitive spirit
Your Key Responsibility Area:
1) Accountable for generating leads over the calls with potential prospective clients.
2) You will be probing the B2B clients over the calls, in your given vertical.
3) You should be well versed in creating an impact for Multiple different cities Franchise Partners.
4) Should have excellent communication skills/ presentation skills to convey potential online distribution/ sales over cities to Franchise Partners.
Product Size/ Investment:
1) A Franchise Partner invests INR 25 to 90 lacs + 18% GST onwards till 5CR as a commitment fee to gain the brand association in their city.
2) This will give them access to sell and earn a profit.
3) Fashion TV allows investors to pay this commitment fee in 2 parts viz, 50% when signing the Letter of Commitment and the remaining 50% when signing the Long Form Agreement Letter.
