Job Title
REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Position Reports to
HOD
 
Areas of Responsibilities
  • Responsible for retaining and expanding the company's base of customers for, Real estate and facilitate Sales closure.
  • Monthly 3-4cr ticket size sales.
  • Business development and sourcing customers from various channel partners
   Develop relationship with Builders, Realtors, CA, DSA and corporates to leverage business.
·        Handling a team of 30+ people. In Depth Knowledge of Brand licensing, real estate is a must.
·        -Proven Track record of building and leading successful teams in Real Estate in a regional role
·        Excellent interpersonal communication skills and high ownership.
·        Meet and exceed assigned targets on Sales Acquisition and revenues.
·        Enhance product adoption among the Channel partners through effective sales engagements and execution strategy.
·        Revise and execute sales acquisition, channel management and revenue strategy for the region.
·        Responsible for enhancing partner productivity and meeting key partner engagement metrics.
·        Establish productive, professional relationships with key partner stakeholders.

•        Sound proficiency and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
