Role and Responsibilities:

Fashion TV is currently seeking a Senior Interior Designer with commercial and retail exposure. The role will be based in Santacruz West, Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for various tasks including surveying, drawing development, concept planning, coordination, vendor management, site progress reporting, branding enhancement, and resolving site-related issues. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial projects, particularly in the hospitality sector. Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up, and Microsoft Office are essential. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are required to effectively convey complex ideas.

Candidate Qualifications:

The candidate should have a diploma, graduate, or post-graduate degree in interior designing. Having a minimum of years of experience in commercial projects, particularly in the hospitality sector, is a must.

WORK EXPECTED FROM THE CANDIDATE :

· PLOTTING OF EXISTING SURVEYS, CAN ALSO GO FOR SURVEY IF REQUIRED.

· MAKING PRELIMINARY DRAWINGS FOR APPROVAL

· BASED ON FEEDBACK MAKING FINAL DRAWINGS

· MAKING LIST OF DRAWINGS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE WORK ON SITE SMOOTHLY & SUCCESSFULLY

· ADHERE TO THE LIST OF DRAWINGS MADE FOR SUBMISSION ON SITE.

· MAKING ALL THE DRAWINGS AS PER THE GFC (good for construction) TAKE APPROVAL & SUBMISSION.

· CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECTS (PLANNING / ZONING )

· QUANTITES EXTRACTION ( IF REQUIRED )

· TAKING QUOTATIONS FROM VENDOR (WHERE REQUIRED)

· NEGOTIATION WITH THE VENDORS / CONTRACTORS

· COMPLETE COORDINATION OF THE SITE PROGRESS FROM CLIENT/SUPERVISOR & MAKE REPORT.

· PERODICAL SITE PROGRESS REPORT WITH PHOTO & VIDEO REFERENCE

· RAISE ALARM FOR ANY DEVIATION IN THE WORK ON SITE VS DRAWINGS SUBMITTED & REPORT

· TAKE AN UNDERSTANDING OF ALL THE BRANDING / LOGO OF THE FTV FOR BRAND ENHANCEMENT

· RESOLVE SITE RELATED ISSUES FOR THE CLIENT & THE CONTRACTORS.

· KEEPING RECORD OF ALL THE RELEVANT DRAWINGS / PRESENTATIONS / DETAILINGS / PPT/PHOTOS/VIDEOS SENT & RECEIVED IN PROPER FOLDER FOR RECORD & REFERENCE WHEREVER REQUIRED.

· MAINTAINING A BALANCE BETWEEN DELIVERABLES & OTHER MULTIPLE ACTIVITIES GOING ON.
