Handle trademark matters, including responding to examination reports and copyright matters.
Draft and review legal documents such as franchise agreements, memorandums of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, and service agreements.
Appear on behalf of the company for trademark registration and successfully obtain registrations.
Work on IP valuation and well-known trademarks, including preparing cease and desist notices.

Candidate Qualifications:

LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.
