Handex is on the move, and we're looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Consultant to drive growth in our Industrial Dewatering Services division. As we expand into the Eastern Texas Region, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our presence in dredging, solids separation, and industrial dewatering, specifically within refineries and petrochemical plants.

This fully remote role requires residency in Houston or the Eastern Texas area and offers the unique opportunity to be on the front lines of a rapidly growing market.

If you’re a strategic hunter with a passion for relationship-building and business development—we want to hear from you.

Handex Consulting & Remediation, LLC (Handex) is a full-service environmental company focused on providing professional environmental consulting, remediation, and sludge dewatering services in the United States. Founded in 1968, we have over 55+ years of experience and have no intention of slowing down!

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:

  • Drive Business Growth
Strategically manage and expand the sales pipeline to grow Handex’s presence in the industrial services sector—specifically dewatering, dredging, sludge removal, and solids separation—for refineries and   petrochemical clients.
  • Partner with Visionary Leadership

  • Engage Prospects with Purpose
Schedule and lead impactful client meetings by clearly articulating how Handex’s values, solutions, and expertise set us apart from the competition.
  • Understand & Solve Client Needs
Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying client pain points and tailoring our services as a knowledgeable industry expert.
  • Network for Impact
Actively represent Handex at industry events, trade shows, and local networking opportunities to build brand visibility and relationships.
  • Maintain Sales Intelligence
Provide consistent and accurate reporting on sales opportunities, key accounts, and prospect engagements.
  • Ensure Seamless Communication
Maintain regular updates on client interactions, pipeline progress, and strategic action plans with internal teams.

Why Join Handex?

  • Competitive Pay & Lucrative Commissions
Enjoy a highly competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential.
  • Comprehensive Benefits
Full suite of Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and a 401(k) plan to support your well-being—now and in the future.
  • Generous Paid Time Off
Take the time you need with robust PTO and paid holidays to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
