Job description

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts (Online as well as Offline)
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sale
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Handle and motivate team of Sales Executives over a period of time
  • Lay foundation of Strong Sales for
