Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3 years of product experience, preferably in customer service ticketing or CRM systems., Strong structural and abstract thinking skills to design products based on complex business scenarios., Excellent communication and coordination abilities to drive multi-party resources towards achieving goals., A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences..

Key responsibilities:

  • Design and implement front-end and back-end product solutions for customer business, including requirement analysis and product planning.
  • Provide standardized online processes and empowering tools to enhance the business team's customer service capabilities.
  • Coordinate with various business stakeholders to refine processes and drive product implementation.
  • Engage with vendors to propose optimization needs and track execution to ensure project progress.

職務內容

  • 客戶業務的前後台產品設計,包含需求分析,產品規劃功能設計並推動執行
  • 圍繞業務參與者日常工作場景,提供標準的線上化流程,提校的賦能工具,智能化的分析決策能力,逐步提升業務團隊對客戶服務能力
  • 與各業務方對接完善業務,對接流程,推動產品導入
  • 與各共應商對接,提出優化需求並追蹤執行保障項目進度
  • 滿足客戶平台場景需求,c端APP/WEB在線客服,智能客服機器人,自助服務供單等場景執行


職務要求

  • 大學以上3年以上產品經驗,客服工單,CRM系統佳
  • 良好結構及抽象思維,基於複雜業務場景,進行產品設計提供解決方案
  • 強烈責任感和優良的溝通協調能力,以推動多方資源完成目標
  • 對用戶體驗追求極致
