Job description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Chemical distribution and supply chain tech platform founded by IIT/IIM Alumini 

Job Profile:
Help create JDs, refining the roles, helping with right sourcing, coordinating with recruitment partners and candidates
Well versed with platforms like Naukri, Linkedin, Angellist, Hirect, IIMJobs and other job portals
Attracting applicants by placing job advertisements, using job sites, social network and personal network across social networking sites
Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidate
Cold calling potential candidates, and extensive head hunting for finding suitable candidates across social networking sites and other platforms
Explaining the candidates about the company, it's vision/mission, and other prospects about the growth of the company
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
Interacting with the founders for understanding their requirements and closing these requirements with minimal TAT
Once selected, roll out the employee offer letter and complete other onboarding related tasks along with the hiring manager

Requirements:
Strong hold on hiring across categories like Business Development, Marketing, Design and Communication, Tech
At least 2 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition or related HR roles in a startup-like environment
Experience in hiring people for senior positions for Core Team Member roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
