Job description

We are looking for a Travel Desk Assistant for an eCommerce startup. Preseed funded with 5M USD, our client has an experienced leadership team. They have been awarded as the best emerging startup at the India Startup Summit 2022.

Job Profile
Responsible to handle travel plans, hotels, airlines, and similar arrangements along with basic coordination within teams
Manage the domestic and international, business and personal travel for the Founder and the leadership work group, optimising the complex travel routes and visa requirements.
Concierge Services: Research and present information
Budgets: Maintaining MIS reports and keeping a track of expenses and reimbursements.

Requirements
2-3 years of experience in Travel Desk, Concierge or similar role
Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with strong academics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech savvy with the ability to create and maintain MIS reports
