Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the centralized procurement process at a PAN India level for the hospitality group.
  • Select and source products based on consumption analysis and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements and monitor procurement operations for efficiency.
  • Generate and track MIS reports while managing inventory levels and purchase orders.

Job description

We are looking for a Sr Manager Purchase for a leading Hospitality Group

Job Profile:
Expertise & proficiency in centralize procurement process at PAN India level.
Selecting products eligible for centralize contract by analyzing consumption of the group.
He Should be hands on experience for sourcing and developing products directly from Source.
Expertise in supervising procurement operations like receiving goods, documentation & ensuring optimum inventory level.
Expertise in Unit Tendering Process starting from specification finalization till Award & Contract.
Monitoring the Unit requirements and safeguarding fulfilment as well as working towards audit compliance checks and ensuring gaps are closed.
Evaluating Purchase Orders (PO) in accordance with the selected vendors, price & technical specifications & ensuring timely completion of pending PO.
He should be master in hotel operational procurements & having knowledge of Capex procurement is preferable.
Preference to be given for having experience on Tracking & Closing AMC of the group.
Timely generation and tracking of MIS report of the department and accuracy in documentation.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of Purchase experience (From a reputed chain of hotels preferably from a corporate role)
