Job description

We are looking for a Project Head for new greenfield projects for a leading Oil & Gas MNC.

Job Profile:
As per business plan build Greenfield plants across India in a timely & cost effective manner.
Strong stakeholder management & high business support.
Responsible for setting up Greenfield manufacturing Plants within the Schedule & Budget
Conceptualization & designing production setup
To be responsible for leading & directing project team for managing project feasibility reports, business case approvals, budget / CAPEX planning, Installation & Commissioning, scheduling, execution, monitoring & controlling, managing risk, Safety & Hazardous Management
Managing multidisciplinary detail engineering and EPC projects, FEED activities, techno-commercial interface
Schedule and resource management, review cost estimate, preparing project procedures, cost management reports.
Ensure the project conforms to the client’s approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
Team Management, Risk Management, Review Schedule and conduct schedule review meetings
Develop Detail Engineering man-hour estimates, Ensure proper allocation of manpower.
Conduct weekly leads engineers coordination meeting and participate and present Project Key statistics in Monthly review meetings
Ensure the project conforms to the approved Basis of Design and all applicable regulatory and code requirements.
Manage the preparation of initial and ongoing estimates of the project costs, including materials, labor, design and supervision.
Assist in preparing the Project Execution Plan covering objectives and priorities and the directives to be followed and constraints to be imposed on the design, procurement, erection and commissioning of the plant.
To assist Field Engineering Manager for smooth functioning of engineering activities at site office like resolving site queries relevant to Piping, Civil by issuing Field change Notice (FCN) / Site Instruction.
To manage and coordinate additional material requirement due to engineering change by issuing MPR/LPO, participated in PSSR with Client and licensor

Requirement:
BE with Minimum 12 to 18 years of experience with Oil & Gas, Chemical & Petrochemicals Projects.
Good communication and Inter-personal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively internally with all the teams
Should be able to manage & lead team independently, Define Clear behavioral /technical competencies required to perform the job.
Good management, understanding of business and ability to develop good relationship with all stakeholders
