Job Description

The Team Lead Digital Integrations will oversee the integration of digital products across the EMEA region, providing expert technical presales support and fostering cross-functional collaboration. This role will identify and resolve operational inefficiencies related to digital integrations while ensuring thorough and up-to-date documentation for all processes and communications. Additionally, the Team Lead Digital Integrations will act as the primary point of contact for technical and security resources during customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the integration of digital products and solutions across the EMEA region, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Provide expert technical presales support, offering guidance on security and connectivity to both existing and new customers. 
  • Work closely with Market Units (MUs), Technical Support Hub (TSH), and Group IT to build and enhance digital capabilities, fostering a collaborative environment. 
  • Develop and maintain robust remote support capabilities to assist global customers effectively, ensuring quick resolution of issues. 
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical resources during customer engagements, providing expert advice and support. 
  • Monitor and address operational inefficiencies related to digital integrations. 
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all processes, communications, and integrations, ensuring transparency and traceability. 

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in digital product integration and connectivity solutions. 
  • Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., EU NIS2). 
  • Experience with remote support capabilities and IT governance. 
  • Understanding of ERP systems and business processes. 
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. 
  • Proven track record in digital integration and security solutions. 
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment. 
  • Familiarity with the EMEA market and its specific challenges.
