Job Description

The Manager Inventory and Demand Planning will develop and maintain accurate forecasts and optimize inventory management across the EMEA region. The role involves leveraging data to drive demand planning, coordinating with supply chain partners and ensuring product availability while minimizing excess stock. The Manager Inventory and Demand Planning will play an important role in driving continious improvement across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Planning: Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for the EMEA region using historical data, market trends, and sales input. 
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. 
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products. 
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and market trends to make informed decisions and recommendations. 
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory management and implement corrective actions as needed. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in demand planning and inventory management. 
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory status, and supply chain performance to senior management. 

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor`s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required 
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a demand planning/forecasting role 
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices. 
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimizing excess stock and obsolescence. 
  • Experience in collaborating with suppliers, logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. 
  • Experience tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to demand planning and inventory management. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data  
  • The capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language, additional languages are an advantage
