Our client, a fast-growing international company, is looking for an experienced Executive Recruiter to join their talent acquisition process. This is a remote role, embedded in a dynamic and human-centred culture, supported by NovoEmprego.pt.

 

What you’ll actually do:
  • Lead end-to-end executive search for strategic roles
  • Act as a true partner to senior stakeholders and hiring managers
  • Source, assess and engage high-level candidates with purpose and precision
  • Challenge unclear briefs and reframe profiles when needed
  • Build pipelines of trust, not just databases of names
  • Bring structure, consistency and clarity to every stage of the process

 

What we expect from you:
  • At least 5 years of experience in executive recruitment or headhunting
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex organisational dynamics
  • Fluency in English (mandatory); other languages are a plus
  • The confidence to push back, ask better questions, and bring value beyond CVs
  • Autonomy, ethics and the kind of professional pride that doesn’t need micromanagement
