Our client — an international company working at the intersection of innovation, technology and services — is looking for a Business Developer with strong strategic thinking and commercial drive.
This is a remote role, fully integrated in the client’s business team, with a clear focus: expand reach, build long-term partnerships and grow with purpose.
– Identify and qualify new business opportunities in global markets
– Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients and partners
– Lead outbound and inbound prospecting efforts
– Prepare and deliver proposals that speak directly to client needs and challenges
– Negotiate with clarity and professionalism
– Work closely with marketing, product and delivery teams to align efforts and create value-driven offers
– Track KPIs and report progress to senior leadership
– 3+ years in B2B sales or business development (preferably in tech, SaaS or services)
– Fluency in English (mandatory); additional languages are an advantage
– Strong communication and consultative selling skills
– Ability to work independently, manage your own pipeline and build client trust
– Results-driven mindset, balanced with emotional intelligence and long-term thinking
– Confidence to handle international negotiations and manage complex sales cycles
