Team Leader - Need someone who has banking Exp as Team Leader + Graduate. Candidate should be preferably from Home Loan or insurance background. Salary up to 4.20 LPA
Candidate should have Inbound customer service, ecommerce process or any voice process background knowledge in BPO and working as a Team Leader/ Lead in Operations department on papers for minimum 1 Year.
Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations.
Should have managed Team and worked towards bottom quartile.
Excellent communication skill.
Shift: Day Shift
Week off : Two rotational weekly off.
