Main Responsibilities:
· Coordinate SAP Basis support between support levels 1, 2 and 3 when tickets need escalation management
· Implement changes based on new requirements within own technical area
· Manage and control the work done by the vendors proactively
· Communicate with and inform relevant stakeholders concerning changes
· Support, consult and participate in operational development projects
· Manage the documentation related to the own technical area
· Follow directions and framework set for the development and delivery of an application
· Perform supporting actions necessary to meet the requirements for an application
· Make proposals and provide information to support decision making concerning the application
· Operational actions with outsourcing and technology partners in SAP environment
