Job description

Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional who will be responsible and accountable for the overall performance of Accounting and Operations team and to oversee the accuracy of accounting works.

Key outputs required from you:
  • Set the vision, mission, and culture of the Accounts team by managing & monitoring individual and team performance, expectations and goals.
  • Evaluate and set up the right processes to manage the KPO delivery for multiple clients.
  • Interact with the clients daily, via mail, teams & phone and ensure proper communication between the clients and the team.
  • Establish appropriate organization structure to handle the delivery seamlessly for a 20+ team.
  • Perform real time service delivery, schedule adherence, and hold the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Manage workflow, handle escalations, proactively engage resources to address issues and effectively delegate workload across the team.
  • Drive the development of staffing plans, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, Lean/Kaizen activities, and other change/Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Establish learning programs to cut down the ramp up time for new team members.
  • Prioritize Weekly & Daily Tasks with Team Leaders and resources.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
  • CA, Postgraduate/M. Com/MBA (Accounts & Finance)/CA (Inter)
  • 3+ years of Strong KPO management experience, with overall 5+ years’ experience in the industry
  • Ability to handle deliveries for multiple clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good understanding of the processes required for KPO deliveries.
  • Must be keen on exploring improvements, optimizing processes, and motivating people.
  • Strong proficiency in MS-Office applications - Excel, Word & Outlook, and cloud accounting applications like QuickBooks / Zoho / Xero.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow-up with multiple stakeholders and get things done.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
