Associate Project Manager:
The role entails management of software development projects from planning to execution to delivery, documentation and reporting, ensuring process alignment with Agile development philosophy, facilitating cross-functional team coordination and collaboration. 

Notice Period : 30 Days.
Required Skills
1.     2 - 5 years of working experience in IT Project/Delivery Management.
2.     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Maths/Statistics, or MBA with specialization in Operations.
3.     Good knowledge and understanding of concepts related to SDLC, agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, PMP, and Six Sigma.
4.     Enthusiastic, energetic with passionate commitment to deliver products on time.
5.     Ability to manage stakeholder and collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
6.     Experience in Project Effort Estimation and executing project within effort and schedule.
7.     Ability to understand and represent both the business and technology.
8.     Excellent Communication Skills.

Responsibilities
1.     Taking ownership of project deliverables and participate in the full lifecycle of the development process.
2.     Define project tasks and identify resource requirements.
3.     Manage Project within Effort, Schedule, and Quality assurance.
4.     Plan and schedule project timelines, deliverables and milestones using PM tools.
5.     Facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, review, retrospective, and releases.
6.     Create or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines.
7.     Coordination of tasks among teams in US and India.
8.     Collaborate with inter-department teams for issue resolution.
9.     Constantly monitor and report on progress, risks to all stakeholders, identify issues and bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis, and evaluate performance.
  • 10.  Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
