Job Title: IT Infrastructure Lead

Work Experience: 5+ Years of experience

Work Location: Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate or Max to Max 20 Days

Position: Full Time

Education: MCA / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Trained in Technologies

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and own the organization’s IT infrastructure on cloud environment –

Provisioning the servers for development, testing and production scaling

Manage, mentor and guide the activities of System, Network and Database Administrators as they report to this role

Identify the needs of the business from time to time and provision the required IT Infrastructure

Maintain the existing applications up time and security

Manage and Guide on the operational tasks of provisioning emails to the employee, client business accounts, provisioning of the required hardware and software (laptops) for individual employees.

Manage H/W inventory, VOIP phone administration

Interfacing and Negotiating with Cloud and other Vendors in finalizing the purchase of the required Hardware and Software

Manage and administer the license requirements, endpoint security management, backups, and recovery

Experience in managing cloud infrastructure

Hands-on on DevOps experience in must

Support the tech team in the deployment of the product releases

Support in maintaining NetElixir websites

Support the organizations Information Security Management Policy (as per ISO27001:2013 norms)

Support the organizations’ initiatives in implementing secure policies related to GDPR, SOC2 compliance for different applications

Identify and implement the automation needs in the IT Infrastructure and Application Management including DevOps

At least 5-8 years of experience as a lead role managing medium to large enterprise infrastructure

Exposure to one or more of these is a must - Google Cloud, Aamazon Webservices Cloud, Database Management (MySQL/MongoDB), Application and Database Scaling, Version controls system such as GITHUB

Any IT Management Certifications ITIL, AWS Cloud etc. will be an added advantage

The individual shall have a platform to learn, adopt and implement the most evolving Digital Marketing Technology Solutions and related skills such as Google Analytics, Driving Consumer Insights, Integrations with the systems etc.

Database Management Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills
