Required Skills

8+ years of working experience in IT Project Management and at least 4+ years managing projects using Agile methodology.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Maths/Statistics, or MBA with specialization in Operations.
Experience in Delivery Project Management and Client Implementations is a must.
Good knowledge and understanding of concepts related to SDLC, agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum and FDD, PMP, Lean, and Six Sigma.
Enthusiastic, energetic with passionate commitment to deliver products on time.
Ability to manage stakeholder and collaborate with teams for issue resolution.
Strong leadership skills and experience in driving change management.
Good motivation, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

Taking ownership of project deliverables and participate in the full lifecycle of the development process.
Lead and coach the scrum team(s) in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
Guide and assist Product Owner and development team to adopt and use Agile practices and principles.
Facilitate daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog grooming, review, retrospective, and releases.
Create or analyze business requirements documents/SOWs and project timelines.
Coordination of tasks among teams in US and India.
Collaborate with inter-department teams for issue resolution.
Track progress and budgetary adherence of all projects.
Constantly monitor and report on plan, progress, and risks to all stakeholders, identify issues and bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis, and evaluate performance.
Ensure timely completion of all activities for customer ‘Go Live’.
Ensure Project Assurance is implemented and strictly adhered to.
