  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing and campaign management
  • Proven track record of delivering 200+ successful influencer sponsorships
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate rates, terms, and deliverables confidently and professionally
Basic Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of creator platforms and the evolving influencer landscape
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—with the ability to build rapport across email, phone, and text
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Skilled in pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and influencer relationship management
  • Understanding of influencer metrics, campaign KPIs, and funnel performance, with a data-driven mindset
