Job description

Responsibilities :
  • implementation and configuration of Salesforce according to the organization's requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the organization, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation using Salesforce tools like Apex and Visualforce.
  • Oversee data integrity, data quality, and data migration efforts within Salesforce. Implement data governance practices to maintain accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics within Salesforce to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders. Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and sales forecasts.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other business systems and third-party applications, leveraging APIs and AppExchange solutions to streamline processes and enhance overall system functionality.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including managing user access, security settings, and system upgrades.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows. Keep documentation up to date with any changes or enhancements made to the system.
Requirements :

  • Proven experience as an SFDC Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration options.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Process Builder.
  • Experience with data management and data migration in Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques and technologies, including APIs, web services, and middleware platforms, is a plus.
