We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Trainee. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales background and be able to drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying potential clients in the Staffing market
  • Developing relationships with prospective clients
  • Partnering with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Becoming a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, and operations, and remaining up-to-date on industry news
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders as well as end customers
  • Having a learning mindset and the right attitude to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Handling rejections and staying focused and driven
  • Managing tasks effectively and multitasking
  • Asking open-ended questions and understanding the customer's pain points
  • Being open to making cold calls
