Job description

This is a full-time remote role for an experienced RPA Lead/Architect. The RPA Lead/Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of automation solutions for clients. The position requires someone with significant expertise in automation, who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, and provide innovative automation solutions. This person will work closely with clients to understand their needs, and oversee the implementation of automation solutions to improve workflows and optimize business operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field, with a Master's degree strongly preferred.
5+ years of experience in RPA development and delivery, with a deep understanding of automation technologies and hands-on experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc).
Experience in building complex digital automation solutions and frameworks with a proven track record of delivering scalable and highly resilient applications.
Strong programming skills in at least one modern programming language, as well as experience with database technologies and SQL.
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Scrum, etc).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in mentoring team members and guiding technical or functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in complex IT environments.
Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
