Responsible for entire finance function of the unit including maintenance of books and records. The main purpose is to ensure financial control by establishing effective systems. Responsibilities include:
Annual and long-term budgeting for the plant
Establishing, Coordinating and administering expense budget and cost controls and programs for capital investment etc. with the necessary procedure for implementing such plans.
Planning and preparation of cash forecast and controlling of cash outflows.
Ensuring fiscal protection to the assets of business through adequate internal control and proper insurance coverage.
Meeting all statutory requirements as applicable.
Administrating and compiling statistical records and special reports as required by the unit and by corporate office.
Laying out policies and procedures for processing of payments and arranging & prioritizing funds for various payments.
Meet audit requirements - cost, statutory and others
Liaison with officials for GST & legal matters
Experience in any manufacturing industry with adequate knowledge in accounting policies and practices, working knowledge of SAP (FICO) is preferable, good communicator, team player, system oriented person. Should have handled independently factory accounts position.
