Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and supervise Proof of Concept (POC) activities at partner locations.
  • Develop the market through Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) and Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs).
  • Achieve commercial adoption of technology and meet revenue targets.
  • Provide customer service, training, and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Job description

An Agriculture MNC is looking for Business Development executive who has good experience in Seed industry.
Job Description:
 BDE's would be initially monitoring & supervising the POCs (Proof of concept) of the tech in various partners' locations and during the POC develop the market through FPOs, VLEs & such market aggregators to sell the tech commercially. Commercial adoption of the tech is their major role. Apart from that, relationship management, revenue & collection targets, training, developing new customer segments, servicing the customers, troubleshooting their issues etc roles common to the BD profiles would be the normal daily tasks.
