Job description

· Customer analytics- Lifetime value, wallet share, basket analysis, purchase patterns etc.
· Database management
· Build Customer retention strategies
· Run and lead customer loyalty program for 750+ retail outlets
· Design and develop data driven and segment focus marketing campaigns focusing on increasing customer loyalty and retention
· Analyze purchase pattern to reveal new CRM opportunities to increase customer lifetime value/Wallet share
· Execute and manage CRM campaign to cross sell and up sell new and existing products
· Liaise with IT and technology partners/agencies to ensure successful execution of projects
· Facilitate market research studies around CRM
· Work with internal marketing team and external vendors to design collaterals related to marketing
· Standardization of store merchandise and store layout
· New initiatives to improve retail’s brand and improve customer relations
