Front Office Executive

About Company:

Company is a leading transit-packaging provider, offering safe and effective products and solutions to our customers globally.

Job Profile:

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our team and provide administrative and HR support to our HR and Administration team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, answering phones, and greeting visitors. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding tasks. You will also be accountable for identifying and developing a quality vendor database for all administration and HR activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of HR with cost data analysis and report generation.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings in the Administration department.
  • Co-ordinate for International travel and visa documents from employees and travel partners.
  • Handle visiting card and ID cards printing and dispatch.
  • Manage the board line phone and divert it to respective stakeholders.
  • Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, courier management etc.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in other relevant positions.
  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
