The Human Resources (HR) and Administration (Admin) Specialist will be responsible for driving HR functions, as well as overseeing operational, administrative, and marketing functions.
Responsibilities
Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making offers.
Onboarding: Execute the onboarding process for new employees, including issuing ID cards and uniforms.
Employee Relations: Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and redundancies.
HR Policies: Develop and implement HR policies, such as working hours, leave, and compensation.
Administration: Manage key administrative deliverables, such as procurement, travel, and office management.
Management Information/Reporting: Develop and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on HR metrics.
Qualifications
Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, or HR policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
Ideal Candidate
MBA-HR or equivalent qualification.
5+ years of relevant experience.

Start-up company exposure is preferred.
Ability to oversee all business operational aspects, not just HR functions.
