We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join our team in a remote capacity. Based in Colombia, this role offers the opportunity to work with a global client base while enjoying the flexibility of remote work. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and prospecting
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and partners
Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
Maintain accurate records of all business development activities using CRM software
Represent the company at industry events and conferences (virtual or in-person)
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
