Recruiter

We are looking for a recruiter to join our human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a passion for connecting and engaging with potential candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract and hire top talent
• Source and screen candidates using a variety of recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and other digital outlets
• Utilize effective interviewing techniques to assess candidates’ qualifications
• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements and qualifications
• Track and report recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
