Job description

A team member may take on a wide variety of responsibilities during a shift. Key crew member's job duties include serving customers. Customer service responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, and completing customer transactions on the cash register.

What you'll be doing:
  • Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
  • Share your menu knowledge to assist guests with questions and special requests
  • Record transactions in the system correctly and timely
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
